Courtney represents and counsels clients in all aspects of family law with a focus on litigation. (See Practice Areas) In addition, Courtney is trained in Collaborative Law and Mediation. Prior to joining Story Law, Courtney's practice focused on litigation and appellate work. She represented clients in a wide array of commercial matters including international contractual disputes.
Courtney has been designated a Rising Star® by Washington Law & Politics Magazine. Courtney's diverse legal background gives her a unique ability to provide her clients with comprehensive and supportive legal advice. Though skilled at seeing a case through the judicial system, Courtney strives to obtain early resolutions for her clients. Regardless of process, her goal is to work with for her clients to achieve meaningful and durable solutions.
