Collaborative Law
Loretta Story focuses her practice in the area of Family Law with an emphasis on collaborative law and mediation. Loretta’s practice includes divorce, separation, custody and support issues and domestic violence. She brings over 17 years of legal experience to her practice. Loretta believes that through the use of the collaborative process, family law matters can be resolved in a respectful manner without the threat of litigation. She welcomes the opportunity to serve parties as either a collaborative attorney or a mediator.
Loretta is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell. An AV rating is the highest level of professional excellence and ethical behavior awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. The main criteria include knowledge of the law, good judgment, analytical and communication skills and experience.
