Donald’s practice focus primarily on advising small privately held businesses and individuals in business formation, commercial transactions, employee compensation, and tax law. He speaks fluent Chinese (Cantonese) and English and is an active part of the Chinese American community. Prior to joining the firm, Donald was a solo practitioner and was involved with trademark litigation, business formation and employee relations.
